Pizza for Squares

My 2020 obsession has been tavern-cut pizza. The evidence is in both the weekly pizza night and the rapidly accumulating pizza ephemera around the house. Along the way, I’ve picked up:

• Dough docker

• Wooden pizza peel

• Metal pizza peel

• 3/8” steel slab

• Rocker cutter

• Pizza boxes

• Those cardboard circles you put the pizza on

• Pizza serving pans

• Pan gripper

• Stands for the pans

• Shaker (x6)

At some point, it felt healthy to put something into the world around this personal obsession, again via The Takeout. And it feels good to have it out there.
