Beers Made with Chicago-Grown Hops

Fun fact: commercial hops grow at two very specific geographic latitudes. Okay, sorry, that wasn’t as fun as I promised. But I did manage to scrounge up three beers in Chicago made with local hops. And in a weird twist, I ended up working for Revolution Brewing about a year later — the very year that Penguin Hops left production. Womp womp. There’s also some cool stuff in here about growing your own hops, which I now do because they’re very hardy and I am very good at neglecting plants.
