Spam is magic. At least a larger part of the population than admits it believes that. I’ve got a great Al Pastor recipe in my back pocket from the first book Jesse and I wrote, and it seemed well beyond that time to apply the delicious sauce and technique to America’s Favorite Tinned Meat.
